Justine Pattison has worked on projects for all the UK’s major broadcasters. She has coached and consulted on a huge range of television series and helped celebrity chefs and TV presenters develop recipes for their own projects – important work if they aren’t known for their writing or cooking skills.
She’s well-placed to develop and produce a variety of food content for TV and video, with the focus on appealing, accessible ideas, tips and recipes for commercial and editorial clients. As a qualified home economist and experienced food stylist, she is able to lead teams behind the scenes, purchasing and prepping ingredients for studio or location shoots, as well as ordering equipment and working with art departments, or independently, to ensure cooking on camera works efficiently and looks amazing .
Justine’s TV credits range from Channel 5’s 1970’s Dinner Party and BBC 2’s Ready Steady Cook to Masterchef USA with Gordon Ramsay; Channel 4 hits such as The F Word and You Are What You Eat. BBC’s What To Eat Now and various Hairy Bikers series; foodie favourites like Clarissa and the King’s Cookbook and Raymond Blanc: How To Cook Well; plus kids’ shows Gastronuts and Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch. Justine’s recent work even took her to the set of the new BBC TV dramatisation of Great Expectations
